Requirements:
* Experience working in a team of developers, and poses good English.
* 3 Years Experience with:
* Visual Studio 2003 through to Visual Studio 2008
* C# and ASP.net
* SQL Server 2005 and 2008
* SQL Reporting Services
* Knowledge in Silverlight will be advantageous
* Testing Software
* Unit Test
* User Acceptance Testing
* Regression Testing
* Ability to verbally receive an instruction and transform that in to a detailed specification document for a programmer
* Including the necessary liaising with a customer to get finer details.
* Customer Support knowledge, knowing what type of support issues may arise out of the software that has been developed.
* Source Code Documentation and use of a Wiki.
* Security and Intellectual Property Management.
