PT. United Engineers Indonesia (www.uel.com.sg), a PMA (foreign invested company) located in Cakung (Jakarta) is currently looking for:
Head of Engineering Dept.
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* To manage the entire Engineering team in finishing the project drawings and designs in time.
* To estimate the performance budgets with detail costing for each fabrication and other processes, machineries, equipment, raw materials and consumables required for each new project.
* To produce and/or revise, analyze and finalize the drawings.
* To generate the cutting plan for all projects.
* To coordinate and work closely with the Purchasing, Production and other departments for the smooth execution of entire project.
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
* 5+ years of supervisory working experiences in a steel fabricator.
* Able to manage a team work of more than 10 staffs/workers.
* Knowledge in various welding techniques is an advantage.
* Work smart, good communicator, coordinator and a problem solver.
* With leadership quality as well as an excellent team player.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 is an advantage.
* Willing to work on Sundays, Saturdays and Public holidays as and when required by the company.
