Assistant Vice President (AVP) Plant & System (Bogor)
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Male age max 45 years old.
* Education minimal S.1 Mining
* Having operational experience as a Project Manager or supervise plant in the mining industry, at least 8 years.
* Prioritized certified Summit (Head of Mining Engineering) or the Main Operations Supervisor.
* Has prioritized Own Certificates Pou, POM, & PPPTMB (Summit)
* Controlling and able to develop systems, strategies and plant management in the mining industry
* Controlling and able to develop systems, strategies and management of mining as a whole.
* Having a good track record and be able to build, manage, lead, develop, and motivate the team in an integrated and focused.
* Mastering the English language well.
* Able to operate computer properly.
