* Male, 23 – 28 years old
* Single
* Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law or Management
* Having experience in similar position min 1 year
* Having good knowledge about labor regulation
* Having experiences to handling industrial relation problem
* Able to handling payroll system
* Good communiation skill and having good relation with government institution
