HRD & GA UNIT MANAGER (HUM)
Qualification :
* Bachelor degree, majoring in Law, Psychology, or Management.
* Male, age max 40 years old within min 5 experience in same level.
* Strong knowledge of Labor Regulations.
* Having experience to handling industrial relation matters.
* Having experience to make company regulations, SOP, and job description.
* Computer skill is a must,
* Hard working, result and target oriented, excellent in interpersonal skill, leadership, analytical and negotiation skill and good team work.
* Willing to work at remote location (Seram Island, Maluku)
