Mass Recruitment Supervisor
Main Job Description:
Responsible to implement mass recruitment strategy to fulfill Bank’s needs within the given timeline, which include the sourcing, selection and hiring activities and assuring that all activities are in line with Bank’s policy.
Requirements:
* S1 degree
* Minimum of 3 years working experience with exposure in handling mass recruitment
* Preferably for those who comes from banking/financial environment
* Fluent in English
