BDM (Business Development Manager) & RBDM (Regional Business Development Manager) ASURANSI ALLIANZ LIFE INDONESIA, PT
Allianz is one of the largest global providers of insurance, banking and asset management services and operates in more than 70 countries all over the world. In Indonesia, Allianz operates over 80 sales offices and outlets located in 44 cities from Banda Aceh to Jayapura.
To support our business partner we are looking for highly motivated, dynamic and professional individuals, to fill the following position:
BDM (Business Development Manager) & RBDM (Regional Business Development Manager)
Job Summary :
* Implement the strategic sales plan in order to achieve business expected target in respective channel
* Maintain relationship within business partner to cater their ongoing needs and concerns in order to provide conducive environment to support sales activities.
* Monitor sales force performance by analyzing sales data and provide development support needed and feedback to the partner in order to achieve expected Bank & Allianz partnerships productivity ratio.
* Develop, prepare and lead project team implementation in order to ensure the new venture with business partner are implemented (BDM)
* Help the Bank to coordinate all sales activities, maximizing incentive programs and sales contests to produce the results (BDM)
* Manage the utilization of the budget allocated to the assigned bank partnership in order to ensure efficiency and profitability in the assigned partnership. (BDM)
* Continually seek to identify knowledge and skill development needs, and then plan and deliver appropriate, detailed product and selling skill training (BDM)
* Prepare and execute various marketing events in order to provide opportunities to generate sales in their respective area (RBDM)
* Train, develop and motivate the branch sales staff to produce the business volumes required (RBDM)
Job Requirements :
* Having experiences in a Financial Services organization, likely to be a Bank or Bancassurance Division: 5 years for BDM and 3 years for RBDM.
* Good communication & selling skill
* Possess strong strategic & analytical thinking, with experience in creating & implementing business plan.
* Experienced in leading a team, preferably a team of managerial levels.
* Demonstrate strong self-confidence and motivational ability.
* Proficient in oral and written English
* Bachelor (S1) degree
