General Requirements

* Can speak English both passive and active

Special Requirements:
* Graduates minimal S1
* Work experience of at least 3 years, preferably once worked dibagian building management
* Ability to communicate well
* Having leadership spirit, and firmly beribawa
* Has the ability to negotiate
