Our client is a Multinational Construction company. They are currently looking for:
Production Supervisor (Based in Cikarang)
Requirements:
* Male or Female , age 28-35 years old
* Degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering
* 3-5 years experience in related industry
* Good knowledge of Production Manufacturing system
Scope of Job:
* Supervise and coordinate Production process (Powder, Liquid/Resin and Packing)
* Manage a team of workers to ensure good production and meet deadline, satisfy customers expectations
* Process Fucntion :
o production planning per batch
o maintain product quality per product specification
* Storage function:
o Arrange warehouse
o Familiar with Just in time system and FIFOI
o Posting all batch ticket to system
* Comply with Government and company HSE regulations and ensure cleanliness, injury free workplace and health and safety of workers
o Arrangement Hazardous waste storage which comply with Government
o Regulation
o Applying the Safety and Health or Work Management system (SMK3)
o Do safety Talk to employee
o Arranging distribution and availability of PPE and First Aid Kit
o Investigating, coordinating and evaluating to each cases of work incident/accident and make appropriate solutions
o Maintain and keep cleanliness of factory environment and work place
o Make HSE report and reporting to Production Manager
