* Male or Female
* Age max.30 year
* Min. S1 in Industrial Engineering or all background
* Min. experience 2 years in Organizational Development/Management Development/ Management Improvement
* Knowledge 5R / 5S implementation, KPI, Quality Procedure
* Having Leadership spirit, Energic and Fast learner
* Good communication skill and Presentation Skill
* Computer Literate (min. MS.Office)
* Smart, Independent, Self-motivated, responsible, hard worker, able work under pressure and commit to deadline
