An Islamic bank was in need of human resources for the position:
Marketing Officer
Qualifications of candidates:
* Having passed the minimum of the program strata 1 (S1) of the State Universities or Private with minimum Accreditation B.
* Proof of graduation S1 or S2 evidenced by the Original Certificates are shown.
* Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.00 (for S1) and 3.25 (for S2).
* Age maximum 25 years for graduates of undergraduate programs strata 1 (S1).
* Age maximum 27 years for graduates of undergraduate programs stratum 2 (S2).
* Not Married.
* Can use a computer, min MS Office applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint), which is shown from the results of using the Computer Ability Test.
* It is preferred to drive a vehicle two & four wheels and has a SIM SIM C & A.
* Having a persuasive communication skills are very good.
* Have an attractive appearance.
* Having honest, trustworthy, and noble morality. Minimal evidenced by Certificate from the Police: Criminal Involved Never.
* Have drive a very strong achievement.
* Quick to learn about new things ..
* Used to target and underpressure ..
* Ability to relate to internal and third party (Developer, Property Agent, Dealer, Showroom) well.
* Willing to follow the training program for 3 (three) months (including inclass and on the job) before you set a contract employee, as evidenced by statements of willingness.
Status candidates / participants:
PASS candidate selection process will be set as a Trainee with basic tasks following training, both Inclass and On The Job Training. If PASS Training has stated, the relevant set as a contract employee for a certain period which can then be considered as a Permanent Employee.
Stages of selection:
1. · Selection Administration.
2. Initial interviews.
3. Psycho.
4. End Interview.
5. Health tests.
