CONTROL AND REPORTING MANAGER (CRM)
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise officer and staff by checking operational risk/control report and reporting preparation for external parties on regular basis
* Review current processes by checking P/P on regular basis to ensure control implementation has minimized operational risks
* Ensure the current process has complied with internal and external regulations
* Prepare plan. matrix and monitor implementation for Operations control risk assessment
* Monitor control risk implementation in each operations area
* Involvement on process improvement projects to ensure the process control has been applied
* Maintain Operations divisions Incident Loss Event records
* Investigate any issues related with operational risk and provide solution
* Follow up audit deliverables, outstanding audit findings and documentation operations audit results
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university with GPA > 3.00
* Minimum have 5-8 years managerial level working experience at Banking operations/risk management/audit
* Have good knowledge and understanding on Operational Banking, products and accounting
* Have good knowledge and understanding on Central Bank Regulation
* High integrity, good people management and interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge and understanding on Banking Accounting Principles, Risk Management and Audit
* Understanding of business processes and have a strong analytical and research capabilities
* Able to work independently as well as work in team
* Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision
* PC literate and excellent interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
