We are holding company of multi industries. Currently, we are looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:
CORPORATE FINANCE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
? Prepare valuation report and investment analysis;
? Conduct due diligence and business assessment;
? Structure financing scenario;
? Make presentation of the proposed transaction;
? Fund raising;
? Formulate exit strategies;
? Negotiate favorable terms and conditions;
Requirements:
? At least 3 years experiences in corporate finance or investment banking;
? Good in communication, report writing and presentation skills;
? Experience in preparing and negotiating investment term sheets;
? Having no difficulties to work over normal hours if required;
? Excellent in MS Word, Excel, Power Point,
? Broad exposure with investment banking, securities house and other financial institutions;
? Proficient in oral & written English.
