Viventis Search Asia is a provider of multi functional executive search services with affiliates and partners across the Asia-Pacific rim and India. We are composed of experienced professionals who have been servicing clients in the FMCG, Telecommunications, Information Technology, and Financial Services. Our Jakarta office has deal with some of well known multi-national and local companies to help them looking for high calibre and selected candidate to support their growing organization. On the behalf of our Client, we are seeking for highly profesional who meet the qualification outlined herein.
FACTORY MANAGER
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in any disciplie, MBA degree is a plus
* Male, in his mid 30s’to 40s’
* Minimum 5 – 8 years experience for similiar position in Bike or Motorcycle industry
* Having experience in full operational control at the Factory including engineering, output, personnel and often logistic and other commercial activities
* Excellent analytical skills
* Able to work under pressure
* Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
* Ability to handle work under pressure
* Computer Literate
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
* Can speak, written and read Mandarin is a plus
