FINANCIAL ANALYST
With qualifications:
1. Min S1, preferably from the Finance / Accounting / Business
2. Age max 40 years
3. Min 5 years experience as a Financial Analyst in Financial Services company with the task al:
* Conducting fundamental analysis of the performance of a company’s business profile includes, Corporate Action, Financial Valuation and valuation of shares)
* Conduct analysis and valuation, especially in the field of banking institutions and other financial institutions
* Making Financial Projections in accordance with the Company’s Business Plan
* Making Work Plan Company Annual Budget
* Running the Company activities in the field of investment banking (financial advisory, mergers & acquisitions, private placements, strategic sale)
