Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in with major Banking or finance or similar from reputable university
* At least 2-3 years experience in Business Continuity Management or Risk Management
* Completion of finance/management courses would be an advantage
* Formal training in Business Continuity Management would be an advantage
* Has an experience in prepare training presentation
* Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
* Highly organized and capable of co-ordinating work flow to meet strict deadlines
* Ability to multi-task and interact with all levels of management and staff
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* Strong ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with business partners
* PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
* Proficient in written and spoken English
