ENGINEERING (all levels)
Candidate Qualifications:
1st. Male
2. Maximum age 45 years
3. 1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
4. Minimum 3 years experience in the field
5. Willing to be located in Greater Jakarta and outside Java project.
6. Having good communication skills (preferably to have the English skills)
7. Having the ability Select one or more of:
HVAC:
* Analysis / review of HVAC Systems (Chillers, AHU, VRV, Duct Split, Colling Towers, Ducting System)
* Experience in HVAC System Maintenance
* Able to read Single Line diagram
* Analysis of Mechanical Ventilation System (Jet Fans, Fans Pressurized etc.)
* Ability to use measuring tools (Anemometer, Reading RH, CFM, etc.)
* Understand Technical standards (ISO, ICA, IEEEE, NFPA, ASHRAE, etc.)
ELECTRICAL:
* Analysis / Review Building Electrical System (GTT, Primary Transformer, MV transformer, MVMDP, LVMDP, DP / DB)
* Able to read Single Line diagram
* Analysis and review of the System Generator
* Mamou use the measuring tool (Power Quality Analyzer, Luxmeter, Photo Thermographic, Oscilloscope, Ground Tester)
* Understand the Technical Standards (ISO, ICA, IEEEE, NFPA, etc.)
MECHANICAL:
* Analysis / Review Building Mechanical Systems. (Plumbing, STP, WTP, motorized pumps / conventional. Cold & Hot Water Systems
* Fire fighting system, etc. Bilding Transportation System)
* System Maintenance Mechanical / Plumbing / Transportation
* Able to read Single Line diagram
* Requirement Analysis dirty water clean water
* Understand Technical standards (ISO, ICA, IEEEE, NFPA, ASHRAE, etc.)
ELECTRONIC:
* Analysis / review of Building the Electronic System (BAS, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PABX, MATV, Sound System, Grounding System.

* Understand Technical standards (ISO, ICA, IEEEE, NFPA, ASHRAE, etc.)
