Inside Sales (Malaysia Based)
Job description:
* Research accounts that could be potentials clients
* Generating new leads / prospects for the products and services.
* To ensure a constant stream of quality leads are created for the sales team.
* Providing the necessary backend support to the sales team.
* Act as an intermediary between the Development team & the Sales team.
* Assisting the sales managers in any road blocks during lead conversion.
* Interacting with the Clients, talking about our Products & Solutions, scheduling a meeting and doing follow up accordingly.
* Follow up with the existing customers.
* MIS reports, doing analysis on Telesales performance weekly, monthly, quarterly
Key Qualifications:
* 1-3 years experience as Sales in IT software / solution
* Have a deep knowledge in IT software and solution
* Good interpersonal and communication skill
* Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
* Able to work under pressure
