Senior Sales Engineers
General Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience in Electrical & Energy market industries, at least more than 5 years in area of Sales & Marketing.
* Possess strong analytical, technical, negotiation, strategy, presentation and communication skills as well as good understanding of products and target markets in Indonesia.
* Understanding the need from customers and be able to relate the need to company’s products and offerings.
* Good command of English, spoken & written and computer literate.
Specific Requirements:

* Having good & extensive networking with Mechanical / Electrical Consultants, Contractors ; Project / High Rise or Public Buildings Developers / Owners and its relevant parties ; Industrial, Oil & Gas, Power / Utility sectors.

1. Having good & extensive networking with PLN and its distribution type of business, Power / Utility sectors as well as experience in PLN Tender process.
2. Experience in Electrical Engineering Contractors or Electrical Jointing & Terminating products with its Distributions.
3. Able to manage distribution channels and working closely with Dealers/ Resellers.
