Sales Supervisor – Special Project
Responsibilities :
* Achieve Target Sales by personal and Groups.
* Develop Link and Network with company client and partner.
* Maintenance good pricing systems and focus on product value more than product prices.
* Make recommendation to Business Unit Head (BUH) and Submit report daily and work together with administrator division to provide complete client database company systems.
* Make good proposal about each project that he/she handled to BUH.
* Good in handling complaint.
* Ensure all subordinates have clear understanding of levels of authority applicable to them and the procedures to be followed in the event that additional or amended authorities are required, so must ensure all company systems work effieciently.
* Creating good teamwork and achieve company goal.
* Spec in company products line, follow up project and make all effort pay at the end by getting the project.
* Follow all company rules and ethic.
* Could handle all task by individual or by team
Requirements :
* Has a minimum D3 degree from Economics, marketing or Engineering.
* Male/Female : ages 22 – 36 years Old ( all applicant must be around this ages ).
* Must Has a minimum 2 years experience as a sales SPV combine with up-to-date selling and marketing skills and competencies.
* Having good knowledge in project tender and work systems will be an advantage
* Having Experience in Oil & Gas Sector, Piping systems, BUMN, and Water piping systems will be an advantage ( must state experience at resume )
* Has a good analytical thinking and sales management as well as people management skill
* Having proper communication, negotiation as well as presentation skill.
* Must have own transportation.
* Willing to travel and work in long hour if needed.
