ERP MANAGER
Role & Responsibilities:
* Plan and formulate new ERP solution product and service offering by identifying and analyzing business opportunities, customers’ demand and set up the strategy based on company and customers’ needs, market needs, and inputs from Account Management and Center for Competency and Research.
* Coordinate with Account Management team and Center for Competency and Research for assessing new / non-listed the solution to be included in product and services offering.
* Aware of and anticipate competitor movement.
* Closely coordinate with SCC to continuously improve the solution.
* Lead and manage the project delivery implementation and maintenance to ensure that quality of project outputs meet customer’s expectation. Coordinate with PMO if it is required based on the project criteria.
* Manage the team to participate in the pre-sales activities, including following-up opportunities, proposal development, presentation, demo, and act as product specialist to support the selling activities.
* Ensure the teams are able to seek and analyze the specific technical problem and gather information related to technology methods to help and resolve the problem occurred in customers in order to maintain the relationship and to build a good corporate image.
* Manage the human resources within the unit, including manpower planning, hiring, people development, performance management, and reward management and employee morale.
Knowledge & Experience:
* Graduate education in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
* More than six years experience in ERP including 3 years in managerial position.
* Good presentation and communication skill.
* Fluent in English.
