Desk Engineer (DE)
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum D3 Graduated Comp Science, Telecommunication
* Minimum Age 21 years
* Male or female
* Having min 2 years working experience in the field yaaet
* Able to write and communicate well in English & maintain customer satisfaction and able to work with all staff levels or company
* Having experience in the field (Providing support Windows desktop computers in a network LAN (Local Area Network / World Area Network)
* Ability and understand the operation of Microsoft Windows XP operating system and Microsoft Office
• Able to understand the problem, and PC hardware
* Ability to work under pressure and team work
* Placement in jakarta
* Ability and understanding in supporting troubleshooting basic network and remote access Technologies
