Paralegal – International Law Firm
Our client, an international law firm is urgently looking for a Paralegal to join their US Corporate Team in HK.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
* Maintain a proper filing management system for transactions
* Conduct legal research and dual diligence
* Assist in preparing and coordinating proposal documentation for projects
* Handle translations on regular basis
* Provide full spectrum of paralegal support to Partners and Associates
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree in LLB with at least 1 year experience in corporate finance
* Experience in M&A, ECM, DCM, VC is a definite advantage
* Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
