Senior Customer Liaison Consultant – International Financial Institution
Our client, an International Financial Institution is urgently looking for a Senior Customer Liaison Consultant (non sales role) to join their HK office.
Job Responsibilities:
* Inform and educate customers on the product options available of retaining business
* Build and maintain good relationship with IFA’s
* Responsible for retaining the on going business relationship with clients and the company
* Ensure the company standard ands procedures are followed properly
* Conduct customer service review list for the management
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in any disciplines
* At least 2 years experience in dealing with IFA and policyholders
* With Insurance companies and IFA customer services experience is a plus
* Good knowledge of mutual funds/ unit-linked products is an advantage
* Good telephone manner with proactive personality
* Attention to details with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable
* Immediate available is appreciated
