Job Description
Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network.
Key responsibilities may include:
* Provide technical system administration support for the life-cycle of SAP SRM technical environment
* Maintain sounds SAP system operations through activities, including software installations, upgrades, support pack applications, kernel upgrades, OSS note application, performance tuning and day-to-day troubleshooting
* Support set-up of batch jobs / schedule and monitor batch job status and logs
* Handle Transport of program fixes
* Daily monitoring and monthly reporting of server status and statistics
* Manage Hardware provider’s involvement in Maintenance phase
* Support backup and recovery of OS and Applications
Requirements:
* Strong in SAP BASIS Administration and Configuration.
* Strong in UNIX Administration.
* Ability to handle SAP BASIS on Unix Platform.
* Min. 2 – 3 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
* Min. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
