HR Supervisor / Staff
Qualification :
* Male or Female, Max 35 years old.
* Min S1 Psychology , Law or Management from reputable university.
* Understanding well and able to implement Competency Based Human Resources Management (CB-HRM), Talent Based Human Resources Management (TB-HRM), and Competency Based Training (CBT)
* Having in-depth knowledge of Competency based Recruitment Process, Organizational Development, Training activity, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefit, Key Performance Indicator and HR management
* More than six years experience in HR including 3 years in managerial position in Manufacturing Company is a plus
* Good presentation and communication skill.
* Fluent in English
* Good logical thinking
* Ability to work under pressure
* Reliable, discipline and a good team player
* Work location : Kosambi – Tangerang.
