We are a Recruitment & Manning agency in Indonesia dealing with Luxury 5* hotel worldwide & Cruise Line clientele require the following position :
RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT
To be assigned at our office in Jakarta
Job & Responsibilities :
* To assist the Recruitment Manager in handling and maintain the smooth running of Recruitment administration and candidates departure.
* To assist the Recruitment Manager on handling Documentation and filing matter.
* Participate in the compilation and editing of all company operation operating manuals for recruitment administration prior to their submission to the Managing partner.
* To prepare structured documentation plan for all aspects of recruitment based on approved Operating Manuals by Managing Partner.
* To submit to the Recruitment Manager follow up to Managing Partner for approval all recruitment and administration plans and content after consulted with the Recruitment Manager before their execution.
* To conduct final check list for client by client recruitment as required and to prepare everything one day in advance prior to the interview session.
* To create and submit weekly progress report to the respective client and or the Account Executive- Recruitment of Indo Select.
* To prepare, execute and assure all recruitment administration is properly documented and administer.
* To select and recommend for purchase to the Recruitment Manager all appropriate working equipment aid.
* To observe and give advice to the Recruitment Manager in regards of staffs performance against job standard and P&P.
* To listen and to advise candidates on any Recruitment and administration related matter.
* To bring to the respective crew/candidates attention any matter which is clearly against the interest of his/her; Indo Select and client as a whole.
* To perform any other duties requested by the Recruitment Manager to ensure the smooth running of the recruitment operation.
The Requirements :
* Maximum age of 28
* Female residing in Jakarta
* Outgoing and able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Fluent in English (oral & written) is a must
* Graduate from Hospitality/Tourism; Transport management and or Secretarial education degree is preferred though it is not a must..
* Computer literate Ms. Office for Word, Excel, Outlook and power point is a must.
* Fresh graduate are welcome to apply though previous administration work experience is desired.
This Position is an urgent position and successful candidates should be able to start immediately.
