Business Analyst
Required Skill:
* At least have 2 years experience on business analyst.
* Have a good understanding of the business environment
* Have a logical and enquiring mind
* Good Knowledge in Database design (Oracle, MS SQL Server).
* Good knowledge in analysis and design Application using modular concepts/Object Oriented concepts/Service Oriented concepts.
* Good knowledge in Use-case & UML Method is a plus.
* Should have knowledge in SDLC.
* Have a professional certification is a plus (MCP, MCAD, SCJP, SCWCD, etc.).
* Project management skill is a must.
* Be able to work to tight deadlines & be thorough and precise in their work.
* Have good communication skills, analytical skills and creative approach to problem solving.
* A fast learner, autodidact, proactive, initiative, hard worker, self motivated, self starter and self driven person.
* A good interpersonal skills, good attitude and good team work.
* Able to work individually or as a team.
* Experience in Financial/Banking Industries is preferable.
Job Description:
* Project Management
* Interact with the customers to grab user requirements.
* Document requirements (Functional Specification Documents, Project Schedule, & User manuals).
* Interact with system architect to understand software limitations (controlling scope).
* Perform system testing.
* Conduct user training.
