IT Specialist – Developer
Required Skill:
* At least have 2 years experience on software development
* Experience on implementing Java(Swing/Webstart/J2EE) or .NET Technology on Web/Desktop based application.
* Strong Knowledge in Database design and implementation (Oracle, MS SQL Server).
* Strong knowledge in analysis and design Application using modular concepts/Object Oriented concepts/Service Oriented concepts.
* Should have knowledge in SDLC.
* Have knowledge on project management skill is an advantage.
* Have a professional certification is a plus (MCP, MCAD, SCJP, SCWCD, etc.).
* Minimum have experience in project implementation using one of Application Framework such as Struts, Spring, MS Enterprise Library, etc.
* Have good communication skills, analytical skills and creative approach to problem solving.
* A fast learner, autodidact, proactive, initiative, hard worker, self motivated, self starter and self driven person.
* Patient, Responsible, result oriented, can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
* A good interpersonal skills, good attitude and good team work.
* Able to work individually or as a team.

Job Description:
* To be a part of team on software development & project implementation as a senior application developer and technical advisor for the technology implementation.
* To lead project implementation in technical side.
* To lead a post implementation support team on monitoring the problem on warranty and maintenance period.
