Solution Architect
Required Skill:
* At least have 2 years experience on system analyst/architect.
* Have a good understanding of the business environment
* Have a logical and enquiring mind
* Be adaptable and able to pick up new IT packages and techniques quickly
* Experience on implementing Java(Swing/Webstart/J2EE) or .NET Technology on Web/Desktop based application.
* Strong Knowledge in Database design and implementation (Oracle, MS SQL Server).
* Strong knowledge in analysis and design Application using modular concepts/Object Oriented concepts/Service Oriented concepts.
* Should have knowledge in SDLC.
* Have a professional certification is a plus (MCP, MCAD, SCJP, SCWCD, etc.).
* Have knowledge on project management skill is an advantage.
* Be able to work to tight deadlines & be thorough and precise in their work.
* Have good communication skills, analytical skills and creative approach to problem solving.
* A fast learner, autodidact, proactive, initiative, hard worker, self motivated, self starter and self driven person.
* A good interpersonal skills, good attitude and good team work.
* Able to work individually or as a team.
* Experience in Financial/Banking Industries is preferable.
Job Description:
* Interact with the customers to learn and document requirements.
* Interact with business analyst to understand software limitations.
* Document requirements (Technical Specification Documents, Source Code, & User manuals).
* Help programmers during system development.
* Perform system testing.
* Deploy the completed system.
* To lead project implementation in technical side.
* Conduct technical/admin training
