A Multi National Companies in Jakarta need a Branch Manager to represent the company in Medan (North Sumatra) and surrounding areas.

Requirements:
* Male / Maximum age 35 years
* Bachelor of Engineering in Civil / Electrical / Machinery / Industrial
* Has a leadership attitude, team work and goal oriented
* Able to communicate in English, Hokkien
Job Description:
* Manage activities of daily branch operations and safeguard the interests of the company with customers in the area of branch operations.
* Under the direction of the department managers, maintain a maintenance contract (maintenance contract) with the customer including the proposed conversion of a new unit installed, adjustments to the price of the serviced units
* Assign and schedule a Service Mechanic in performing routine maintenance activities, callbacks, replacement parts and demand request.
* Following the clarification of the tender / negotiation meetings for new projects / modernization and meetings in the field for new installations.
* Ensure that the price adjustment is delivered to customers three months before the validity period is over and ensuring contract agreement (contract agreement) from the customer is returned on time.
* Helping to monitor the arrival of the goods for new installations and modernization projects.
* Maintain a good filing system all mail correspondence with customers, product documents and all forms of administration service.
* By regular checking of stock spare parts inventory and ensure all procedures of warehousing has been fully implemented for the region with branches.
* In cooperation with the Ministry of Finance to collect money from customers and if necessary visit the subscribers to the discussion.
* Ensure that the program “5S”, EH & S procedures and rules of conduct have been fully implemented for the region with branches.
* Ensure that all monthly reports of maintenance (maintenance) NE Sales / Sales and Collection Service sent to headquarters on time.
* Check carefully all expenditure from the subordinates before being sent to the Centre for approval.
* Reporting directly to Director of Sales and Branch Operations.
* Working closely with the Service, the Ministry of Finance, Sales and Construction NE.
