Commercial Head LPG Plant Company
We are growing LPG Plant company with Head Office in Jakarta and Site Location in Palembang – Sumatera Selatan, looking for:
Commercial Head (CH) (Based in Palembang)
Responsibilities:
1. Control and monitor all commercial activities in Palembang area and Coordinate with Head Office as per policy.
2. Coordinating with user department as well as Jakarta Purchase on the delivery schedule and activity of all goods / service procurement.
3. Responsible in handling logistic documents which contain all purchased goods / services.
4. Control and Monitor all HR & GA procedure and activities.
5. Ensure the Payroll is completed regularly.
6. Liaisons with local authorities per direction of Plant Manager.
7. Control administration all finance and accounting activity in Site.
8. Other related jobs as per management requirement.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Engineering / Law / Administration (S1) from reputable university.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Purchase, HR & GA and related job functions, preferably in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
3. To be located in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.
