BUSINESS MANAGER
With the existence of this fast business development, then at this time we opened an opportunity for you who wanted to grow and had a career with us for the position as Business Manager with criteria as follows:
Responsibilities:
* Mediate between sales goals and customer expectations (requires business acumen qualities)
* Experience in enterprise solution for banking, telecommunication, government, cross industry
* Weekly pipeline reporting
* Establish business plans, marketing programs and management plan as you will running our company to achieve them
* Provide leadership direction to the team and coaching them in delivering their outputs
* Responsible for the Profit/Loss of the business
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
* At least 2 years or more experiences in IT Business/System Integrator
* Able to work within target and generate new prospect
* Has pleasant personality, good performance and high degree of integrity
* Strong & effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Resourceful with high degree of integrity, initiative and analytical skills
* Experience in managing principals, systems integrators, alliance partners and technological partners
