Business Manager (BM)
1. Business Development Manager for Financial Services Industry
* Develop-execute sales plans smartly in Financial Services Industry.
* Client deepening or acquisition in Banking, Capital Market, Insurance markets to increase share-of-wallet.
* Proven tracks in engaging with banking software, strong references from his/her past performance.
* Highly skillful in business presentation, sales negotiation and influencing clients.
* Knowledge in: Basel II, Core Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, Asset & Liability Management, Internet Banking, Enterprise Risk Management, Loan Originations & Servicing, Payment, Exchange Trading.
2. Business Manager
* Develop-execute business plans faster than market growth; target by revenue (US$10-50 Mio/year) & profit.
* Develop-manage sales managers & account managers to secure company’s business goals & opportunities.
* Min. 3-year valuable experience in Telco software/solution selling. (BM-TS)
* Min. 2 years valuable experience in Networking selling (BM-NI)
* Must have valuable high-level contacts and relationship with clients’ organization.
