SANDZ (www.sandz.com) is a Pan-Asian Enterprise Business IT Solutions provider with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and China.
We are looking for regional HYPERION TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS to be based in our Indonesia office (Jakarta Area) but who are able to travel and provide consultation services to our customers within Asia Pacific region.
HYPERION TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS [Planning & Budgeting Solutions]
The job responsibilities include :
* Providing assistance to sales team in solution presentations and demonstrations
* Providing accurate solution information to prospects’ queries
* Understanding prospects’ requirements in order to contribute to scoping exercises
* To assist sales team to convince prospects of our solution’s superiority
* Engaging customers for pre-implementation planning
* Implementation of solution to customers’ specifications
* Establishing cordial working relationship with customers to identify and resolve potential glitches
* Providing application assistance to customers during and upon completion of implementation
* Providing application training to customers whenever required
* To constantly update with latest knowledge on our solutions to remain relevant
The ideal candidates should have :
* A degree in Computer Science/Computing/Information Technology
* At least 3 years of working experience in planning & budgeting in large corporations
* Good understanding of calc script, macro and data loading rules
* Prior implementation experience in Hyperion/Cognos/SAS software
* Good communication and customer facing skills
* Confident and pleasant personality
* Fast-learning and self motivating capabilities
* Readiness to travel overseas frequently
Project Management experience will be an added advantage.
