Requirement :
* This position and will require a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic.
* Ensure the effective Engineering, Planning, Quality, Survey, Cost Control and Scheduling functions for the project.
* Adherence to all requirements of the Company Project Execution Plan.
* Experienced in Mechanical & Piping work.
* Familiar with mechanical equipment / machinery such as Crusher, Belt Conveyor, Vibrating Screen, SAB/Ball Mill, Slury Pump will be an advantage.
* Experienced in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Preventive Maintenance and trouble shooting such as Hydraulic and pneumatic system, rotating equipment.
* Promote and encourage the culture of working safety and setting a positive example for all other personnel.
* Ensure that all personnel are inducted and trained in their roles and responsibilities and are competent to perform the duties allocated to them.
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 10 years experience in a similar position in Mining / Oil & Gas Construction Industry.
* Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written.
