QA SUPERVISOR For JAKARTA & BOGOR
He/ She shall responsible to handle QA Activity, Incoming Inspection, Process Inspection, Outgoing Inspection, System Inspection, Calibration, Process & System Audit, Document Control and Ensure that all the processes are under control and measurable. Manage all people in QA Dept, Tools and product. Evaluate Reject Rate, Return and calculate Quality Cost.
General Requirements:
* S1/D3 Mechanical/ Industrial/ Electrical Engineering background from reputable university.
* Experience minimum 2 years in similar position.
* Expertise in Plastic Blowing or Injection Process.
* Good knowledge in SPC (Statistical Process Control)
* Familiar with Process Flow Diagram, FMEA, GRR, Capability Analysis and Improvement.
* Good communication skill and able to train operators and inspector.
* Must familiar with ISO 9000 system, TQM, Lean or Six Sigma.
* Must Familiar with Military Standard and Testing Method.
