* Managing Strong Relationships with Other Functional Internal Units for better understanding on their needs
* Managing Managed service procurements agreements / Contract with all BGA Manage Service Providers to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency on Marketing and Operating as stated on each Keys Performance Indicators ( KPI); Not limited to Managed services of IT, Core Network, IP Backbone/ Metro capacity leasing, CRM, and Call Agents.
* To Support Core Net and BSS procurements on obtaining system and services in response to BGA Operation needs, at right price, source, quantity and time.
* To Manage the Procurement Process and the Supply Base on Core Network Efficiently and Effectively; Identify opportunities, Manage internal operations and Achieve objectives.
* To Support CPE and Support system procurements on obtaining goods and services in response to BGA Operation needs, at right price, source, quantity and time.
* To Manage the Procurement Process and the Supply Base on CPE and Support Efficiently and Effectively; Identify opportunities, Manage internal operations and Achieve objectives
* At least 1 years experience in deploying GSM/CDMA network system under full turn key solutions;
* Has demonstrated the skills to work out with other groups thru excellent leadership and communications;
* Good analytical skills, and competent in digesting the issues and find out alternative solutions;
* Demonstrated to understand and practice project management processes;
* Team driver to motivate team members to achieve excellent deliverable
