PSI Professional Services Division’s Operation Support Systems Group is inviting progressive and self-motivated young professionals to join as:
Associate Consultant – Operation Support Systems (OSS)
Reporting to the Country’s Professional Services Head, the role shall cover:
* Services delivery as in assessment, micro design, implementation activities within OSS’ FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security Management) area
* Project scoping, systems architecting, proposal generation and proof of concepts execution
Associate Consultant – Operation Support Systems (OSS)
Required
* Mid twenties,
* An S-1 degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from reputable university with minimum IPK of 3.0 showing clear academic interest on TCP/IP & network management area (FCAPS)
* Excellent knowledge in TCP/IP network including routing switching protocol and technology
* Programming hands-on (e.g. SNMP, XML, Phyton, Java, PHP, PERL or RADIUS)
* Admin capabilities in UNIX envronment
* Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
* Excellent communicator: written & verbal
* Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance in line with a broad plan, or strategy;
* Leadership, teamwork, commitment, and service excellence personal qualities
Desireable
* Industry certification (e.g. ITIL® Foundation or Cisco CCNA)
* 1 year technical pre-sales and implementation experience in OSS solutions (e.g. Cisco Works, HPOV, CA eHealth, Infovista, Solarwind, NetScout, BRIX)
