TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Requirements:
1. At least with 1 year experience in Linux & Oracle support.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalenet.
3. Candidate must be able to do research online to improve skills from time to time.
Responsibilities:
1. To maintain Linux & Oracle Servers.
2. To prepare weekly reports for server & service performance.
3. To perform other tasks as required from the Management.
4. To prepare functional and technical specification.
5. To prepare test scripts, user guides and training materials.
6. To test and troubleshoot issues & bugs with customer.
Other Requirements:
1. Have own transport.
2. On call 24 hours 7 days a week for technical & customer support.
3. Traveling to job sites (within Jakarta) whenever necessary (including at night).
4. Able to work from home (home office).
