OPERATION SUPPORT
Mandatory skill set
* Degree in Computer Science
* 1++ Experience in operation support / technical support on unix environment
* Good communication skill with end users
* Familiar and able to work on unix/linux environment
* Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Ready for work in a shift
* Good knowledge of network and data communication is advantage value.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handle level 1 or level 2 operation support
* Communicate with user on problem solving
* Communicate with product principle in escalation handling
