Candidates must have:
* Solid background in user oriented front-end development
* Experience in designing and implementing for usability
* Demonstrate an intimate knowledge of browser quirks and best practices
* Extremely detail oriented down to pixel-perfect implementation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
