IT SUPPORT / Assignment
Scope of Work:
* Responsible to assist the user in answering and resolving problems faced by software and hardware user
* Perform routine data backup
* Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of all hardware and software
Requirements:
* Male, max age: 30 years
* S1 Computer / Information Technology / Electrical
* Having analytical and problem solving skills are good
* Course has extensive knowledge and technical understanding of PC Hardware, Servers, Network devices, Printers
* Have a broad knowledge and understanding of the Windows Client / Server Operating Systems (XP, Server 2000, and latest), Antivirus (Kasperksy).
* Have an understanding and experience in networking and TCP / IP
Value Added:
* Have understanding of Cisco Routers, Linux, Citrix Systems
* Own Understanding of Firewall (Mikrotik)
