TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
Job positions:
1. IBM Information Management Software – (Technical Specialist).
2. Hardware and Network –( Technical Specialist) .
Responsibilities :
1. Providing Pre Sales and Post Sales support to meet the needs of SDD Corporate, Principles and Business Partners.
2. Conducting research, development and application of technology in accordance with the company’s business direction.
3. Support sales of products, services and solutions.
Qualifications & Background:
1. IBM Information Management Software – Technical Specialist (Presales).
1.1. Have basic Network skill and knowledge.
1.2. Have basic Operating systems skill and knowledge.
1.3. Have basic Database skill and knowledge, have IBM DB2 skill and knowledge will be advantage.
1.4. Have basic English skill.
2. Hardware and Network – Technical Specialist (Presales)
2.1. Have basic Network skill and knowledge (prefer Cisco), have CCNA Certification will be advantage.
2.2. Have basic Operating systems skill and knowledge.
2.3. Have basic Computer Hardware skill and knowledge.
2.4. Have basic English skill.
