Finance Controller
Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the Finance & Accounting Director (FAD) on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to cash flow management, tax planning and management, budget and financial control / reporting, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs.
* Supervise and set directions to the Finance and Accounting function
* Review of journals and accounting entries.
* Ensure monthly & quarterly closing is accurate, reporting requirements and deadlines are met.
* Ensure accounting systems are in accordance to established accounting standards.
* Cost / performance analysis, cost and credit control management.
* Provide financial analyses and recommendations for management decision.
* Communicate effectively to drive financial performance and internal control
Requirements:
* Female, max 35 years, S1 Degree in Accounting from the reputable university with min. GPA 3.5
* At least 5 years of financial and management experience with day-to-day financial operations, preferably with experience in the Distribution Company.
* Sound knowledge of accounting, taxation standards and relevant statutory requirements
* High level of problem solving skills, detail oriented and an analytical mindset.
* Strong leadership & supervisory skills and a team player.
* Able to work well under pressure
* Have strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to supervise and guide junior staff
* Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
