Requirements:
* Graduated from a reputable University Minimum Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering, Architecture
* Have Experiences in property min. 10 years as Monitoring / Control / Project Director
* Have a Certificate of Indonesia Associate of Construction Management by HAMKI
* Good personality and strong integrity
* Understanding in the property business, vision, mission, risk management and corporate strategy
* Good personality, communication, understanding people, patient and strong integrity
* Proactive report to BOD / Commisioner.
