Finance & Accounts Executive / Officer
Responsibilities:
* Preparation & Monitoring of Accounts Books on Daily, Weekly, Monthly Basis.
* Handle & Control Bank related activities – Daily Cash Withdrawals, Bank Reconciliation, withdrawal approval from Management, Updating daily bank records, monitoring of Bank OD facility, Bank Interest Charges etc.
* Preparation/Monitoring/Follow Ups for the Invoices for the Customers , Business Associates & Vendors
* Preparation/Monitoring/Follow Ups of Outstanding reports for Customers , Business Associates & Vendors
* Liaison with Internal or External auditors, Outsourced Accounting/ Tax Agencies & review of their reports
* Manage cash flow forecasting, control processes and timely submission of standard reports & closing
* Responsible for Monthly /Annual statutory audit and Preparation of Annual accounts/reports with tax consultants.
* Evaluate & streamline financial processes and work flows to enhance & improve the efficiency of the finance operations.
* Monitoring of Actual Direct / Indirect Expense against the Monthly Budgets and submission of analysis report to Management.
* Responsible for handling basis HR/Admin related matters like New Appointment, Payrolls, Jamsostek, PPH 21 , employee attendance , Dealing with Building Management, Vendors etc.
* Conducting visit to customers on Monthly/Quarterly basis to ensure all payments related issued to be cleared on time.
Requirements:
* Male/Female
* Age should not be more than 45 Years
* Minimum S1 Degree (Preferable in Accounting Major)
* Experience in Handling Accounting, Finance, or Payroll related activities
* Have excellence Administration and Filling skill
* Able to work under very high pressure working environment with tight deadlines
* Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel, Word & Online Accounting System
* Analytic, detail oriented and firm person
* Able to work as an individual and as a team. And have a strong self determined personality
* Able to work overtime is preferable
* Candidate from Logistics/Freight forwarding/ Shipping Industry will be preferred
