Urgently required for:
Finance Staff (Surabaya Branch)
Responsibilities:
* To ensure no short payment achieved
* Ensure all freight charges is collected
* Ensure to do the adjustment needed and to assist in special billing to ensure all charges including freight and non freight collected.
* Ensure OBL RLSD with full payment
* Release OBL upon payment collected
* Invoice for case customer upon request
* Invoicing for cash customer upon request
* Deposit collection timely
* Total Daily collection tie with daily cashier report/list of receipt
* Input payment tie with collection report
* Follow up Bank Statement
* Create c/input payment tie with collection report & bank deposit
Requirements:
* Male / Female
* D3 or S1 Economic degree with 1 year experience in the same field
* Age between 20 – 30 years old
* Be systematic and detailed to ensure process compliance
* Good analytical skills, Detail, trustworthy and initiave
* Good Communication skill
* Computer literate especially for MS. Office application
* Willing to be placed at Surabaya Branch
