Accounts & Admin Assistant
Scope of Work:
* Perform general administrative duties
* Maintain 2 company accounts, handle AP & AR duties
* Answering phone calls & emails
* Provide support to sales director & admin manager
* Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
* Diploma in Business Management / Accountancy
* Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar position.
* Knowledge of MYOB accounting software,Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills
* Excellent writing & communication skills, bilingual in both English and Mandarin
* Independent, Willing to learn, Meticulous & able to multi-task
* Only Singaporeans & PR may apply.
* Prefer candidates who can start work immediately
* 5 day work week, inclusive of Saturdays.
* Must be willing to work in Woodlands Industrial Park
