Payroll
* Calculate CPF for the employees as well as inputting the CPF contributions for the employees. Issue cheques and prepare payment vouchers as well as petty cash claims.
* Computing IR8A, IRAS, GST submissions online.
Corporate Support
* AP – Recording the payment issued to suppliers, clients, etc. Recording the cheques issued.
* Issue Payment Voucher.
* Statement of accounts.
* Sales collection
* Assist in inputting the GST & IRAS for company.
* Issue invoice, churned invoices, as well as other administrative duties.
* AR – Recording the payment received from clients, etc.
* AP – Recording the payment issued to suppliers, clients, etc. Recording the cheques issued.
HR
* Handle the staffs leaves, medical leave, etc. Update of staffs leave, medical leave.
* Handle phone calls
